At KobeJak Creations, every order is handcrafted with care, and we strive to deliver quality products as efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding production and shipping:
Production Turnaround
Due to a high volume of orders during the busy PCS season, our standard production time is 30 business days, beginning after your design draft is approved and full payment is received. This timeframe does not include shipping time.
Orders requiring expedited production in less than 30 business days will incur a rush service fee in addition to the cost of expedited shipping.
If you’re in a time crunch, we offer whiskey box sets that can be completed in just a few days with no rush fee. Expedited shipping may apply depending on your deadline.
Because our items are custom-made, production timelines may vary slightly during periods of high demand, but we always aim to complete your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Shipping to APO & OCONUS Addresses
We proudly ship to APO and OCONUS addresses. An additional shipping fee will apply to all APO and OCONUS orders, which will be added to your invoice once shipping is calculated. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to military mail handling and customs processing. These delays are outside of our control, but we’ll ensure your order is sent out promptly from our end.

We are a small, family-run business creating one-of-a-kind, handmade items. While we’re not perfect, we take great pride in our work and are committed to providing you with high-quality products and responsive service.
Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please email us at kobejak2@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate it right away.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some shipping carriers have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes.
Please confirm that your chosen carrier supports delivery to your P.O. Box before placing your order.
While we are not responsible for delivery issues related to P.O. Boxes, we’ll do our best to assist you if problems arise.
