Return / Refund Policy
Once an item has shipped, we do not accept returns. Prior to shipping we will send a picture of your item to verify it's exactly how you want it. If we cannot come to an agreement at this time, we will refund half of the overall price, minus a 25% fee for supplies, materials, and man-hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not discard the box or packing materials, as they may be required by the shipper for verification of damage.
