Shipping policy

Turn around time for our products is 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We are a small business creating custom orders by hand. We aren't perfect; however, we take pride in our products and will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, so you can get your items delivered right to your doorstep.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kobejak2@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that carriers are able to deliver to your P.O. box to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for issues between the shipper and the customer when it comes to P.O. box delivery; however, we will assist as much as possible.
